New chancery building with recreation facilities, staff residences, plant room guardhouse, and site and civil works. A thorough study was done on the structure, and now the renovation work has been started and is currently under construction.
As Embassy is a representative space of a country, the design is well thought out. The compound is designed to accommodate more cars and more flowable space to easily move around. External event space is also prepared to give a relaxed open air space. Most suitable finishes have been selected. For the interior spaces, carpet tiles and timber deck for the floor finish and plaster and paint wall finish are used. For the external space, plaster and paint is selected for the wall finish and asphalt for the compound floor finish.
