Located behind Bole Atlas hotel, this project was a refurbishment project of a G+1 house with detailing of New Zealand standards and specifications. It is a chancery with necessary facilities for diplomatic missions, mainly offices. A new guardhouse has been introduced at the main entrance with the necessary security system.

The task undertaken by the RAAS team on this project was a full landscape design work with a dining/ meeting tukul that has an Ethiopian cultural touch. The team also worked on quality control, site supervision, and coordination of other disciplines.
