This building was the very first project design undertaken by the RAAS Architects team, making it one of the special projects for the office.

The building comprises two floors for the continental office and the rest three floors of apartments comprising one, two, three, and four bedroom units. On the top penthouse floors, the design has included a luxury two-floor interconnected apartment.

The training center is found at the back of this complex and has many training rooms, a multipurpose hall with kitchen and dining areas.
