RAAS Architects completed the initial concept design and collaborated with Westway Architects and local engineering firms to ensure the landscape design was executed to a high standard. Westway Architects was responsible for the architectural design, which includes a public facility building with top-notch amenities to cater to guests’ needs, 2 Presidential Suites, 22 Tukuls, a terraced outdoor event space, a children’s playground, and a campfire site.
RAAS Architects took great care to preserve the natural beauty of the site, using minimal construction and selecting appropriate plant species and trees to serve as sound and visual buffers. Aromatic and flowering plants were also added to offer sensory delight and tranquility, and false banana trees were planted to mirror the cultivation practices of the local residents. The landscape design stands as a testament to the team’s commitment to preserving the pristine beauty of the surroundings.
